Deborah Bohr is a Technical Advisor for Training for the Expecting Success National Program Office. Deborah Bohr is Senior Director, Special Projects, at the Health Research and Educational Trust (HRET). HRET is an affiliate of the American Hospital Association (AHA), which regularly works with health care, academic, research, policy, government, and community organizations. Ms. Bohr has been in the health care field for over 20 years; she worked in large teaching hospitals in San Francisco and New York City, and ran a quality management division in AHA prior to joining HRET in 1990. She has worked on a number of national demonstration projects and educational programs focused on quality of care, community and population health, patient safety, governance, and end-of-life care. Ms. Bohr received her BA and MPH degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.
