Cecelia Montoye, RN, MSN, CPHQ

Cecelia Montoye has served as co principal investigator and
project director for the American College of Cardiology AMI and
HF Guidelines
Applied in Practice (GAP) projects in Michigan and served as
a liaison to participating providers in multiple health care
settings providing quality improvement support for the GAP projects.
Ms. Montoye also is the Director of Quality for Michigan Heart
and Vascular Institute at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor,
Michigan. She has more than 17 years of clinical practice at
a large acute care teaching hospital in critical care staffing,
as an educational coordinator, and also as manager of the Emergency
Department and Chest Pain Center. Ms. Montoye earned a BSN from
Eastern Michigan University and her MSN from Madonna University.
